Lessons Learned and Guidelines for Replication

What worked, key challenges, and how to replicate the approach across urban contexts

The MAKING PEDs project ran for over 30 months across four Urban Living Labs in Bærum (Norway), Civitavecchia (Italy), Linz (Austria), and Sant Esteve de Palautordera (Spain).

This deliverable, led by the Austrian Institute of Technology with contributions from the Catalonia Institute for Energy Research (IREC), University of Roma Tre, the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), and the City of Linz, compiles lessons learned from the co-creative decision-making processes and stakeholder engagement activities carried out throughout the project.

It also provides recommendations for the Scale-Up MAKING PEDs project.

The findings draw on stakeholder workshops, feedback surveys, and educational sessions conducted across all four Urban Living Labs, as well as an internal survey completed by project partners. Download the full report below.
